Lessons with tutors

Find a tutor on the /repetitors page, choose a subject and lesson package, select a convenient time and pay. After the tutor confirms, you will receive a lesson link.

The lesson is held online via a link provided by the tutor after booking confirmation. You will receive a reminder email one hour before the lesson.

If the tutor has not confirmed the lesson within 24 hours (or 1 hour for urgent bookings), the booking is automatically cancelled and the money is returned to your card.

Contact support at support@onlineustaz.kz. We will fully refund the money to your card.

You can cancel a lesson before the deadline (24 hours before the start) in your personal account. After the deadline, cancellation is not possible.
Payment and refunds

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You can also pay from your platform balance.

Cancel the lesson before the deadline (24 hours). The money will be returned to the card if less than 7 days have passed since payment, or to the platform balance if more than 7 days have passed.

A refund is possible if no more than 14 days have passed since purchase AND less than 20% of the course has been viewed. Contact support.

In your personal account, go to the "Finances" tab and click "Withdraw". A payment system commission of 1.9% is charged on withdrawal.
