This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage and use of personal data of users of the Online Ustaz educational platform (onlineustaz.kz), owned by Online Ustaz LLP (BIN: 260340000302).

3.1. Data is stored on secure servers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data.

3.2. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access.

3.3. Data is stored for the entire period of Platform use and for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

4.1. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except for:

• Transfer to the payment service FreedomPay (FFIN Payments LLP) for transaction processing
• Fulfilment of requirements under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Protection of the Platform's rights through legal proceedings

4.2. Bank card data is not stored on the Platform's servers and is processed exclusively by FreedomPay.

The User has the right to:
