Payments. Online Bank Card Payment

Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the service using a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected service, a secure window will open with the payment page of the TipTop Pay processing center, where you will need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Please contact the Bank that issued your card for information on the rules and methods of additional identification.

The online payment service is provided in accordance with the rules of the International Payment Systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, using the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through secure channels. Bank card data entry is performed in a secure window on the TipTop Pay payment page.

On the payment page you are required to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiry date, and a three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.

CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

Next, in the same window, your Bank's page will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code has not been received, please contact your Bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the internet. It allows unambiguous identification of the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimizes the risk of fraudulent card operations.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on the Online Ustaz platform:

• Visa bank card
• Mastercard bank card
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All payments are processed through the secure payment service TipTop Pay (LLP "TipTop Pay Kazakhstan").

Payment Currency

All prices are listed in tenge (KZT). Payments are accepted in tenge.

Payment Process

1. Select a lesson, course, or test on onlineustaz.kz.
2. Click the "Enrol" or "Pay" button.
3. Review the refund terms displayed before payment.
4. A secure TipTop Pay payment window will open.
5. Enter your card details or select Apple Pay / Google Pay.
6. Confirm the payment.
7. After successful payment you will receive an email notification and access to the service.

Refund Policy

Tutor Lesson

At the time of purchase, a specific cancellation deadline is displayed (lesson date and time minus 24 hours).

• Cancellation before the deadline, payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
• Cancellation before the deadline, payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus TipTop Pay commission of 3.3%)
• Cancellation after the deadline or lesson has already taken place — no refund
• Teacher did not confirm the lesson in time — automatic 100% refund to card
• Lesson did not take place due to the teacher's fault — 100% refund to card

Course

• Less than 20% viewed AND less than 14 days since purchase:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.3%)
• 20%+ viewed or more than 14 days have passed — no refund

Single Test

• Test not started:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.3%)
• Test started — no refund

Test Package

• No tests started:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.3%)
• At least one test started — no refund

Test Subscription

• No refund for the current period
• Auto-renewal cancellation is available at any time
• Access is retained until the end of the paid period

Balance Withdrawal to Card

When withdrawing funds from the platform balance to a bank card, a bank commission of 1.9% (minimum 300 tenge) is charged. This commission is paid by the user and is not income of the Online Ustaz platform.

Security Guarantees

The TipTop Pay processing center protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further data transmission occurs through secure banking networks with the highest level of reliability. TipTop Pay does not transmit your card data to us or any other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Online Payment Security

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by LLP "TipTop Pay Kazakhstan". All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. Specialized card online payment security technologies are used for information transmission, and data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.

Payment by cards is secure because:

• The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
• The buyer enters their payment data directly in the TipTop Pay authorization system, not on the merchant's website, therefore the buyer's card payment details will not be available to third parties.
