PAYMENT PROCEDURE

of the Online Ustaz online platform

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on the Online Ustaz platform:

• Visa bank card
• Mastercard bank card
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All payments are processed through the secure payment service FreedomPay (LLP "FFIN Payments", registration No. 02-19-051 dated 27.03.2019, freedompay.kz).

Payment Currency

All prices are listed in tenge (KZT). Payments are accepted in tenge.

Payment Process

1. Select a lesson, course, or test on onlineustaz.kz.
2. Click the "Enrol" or "Pay" button.
3. Review the refund terms displayed before payment.
4. You will be redirected to the secure FreedomPay payment page.
5. Enter your card details or select Apple Pay / Google Pay.
6. Confirm the payment.
7. After successful payment you will receive an email notification and access to the service.

Refund Policy

Tutor Lesson

At the time of purchase, a specific cancellation deadline is displayed (lesson date and time minus 24 hours).

• Cancellation before the deadline, payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
• Cancellation before the deadline, payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus FreedomPay commission of 3.5%)
• Cancellation after the deadline or lesson has already taken place — no refund
• Teacher did not confirm the lesson in time — automatic 100% refund to card
• Lesson did not take place due to the teacher's fault — 100% refund to card

Course

• Less than 20% viewed AND less than 14 days since purchase:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.5%)
• 20%+ viewed or more than 14 days have passed — no refund

Single Test

• Test not started:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.5%)
• Test started — no refund

Test Package

• No tests started:
  • Payment made less than 7 days ago — refund to card (100%)
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago — refund to platform balance (minus 3.5%)
• At least one test started — no refund

Test Subscription

• No refund for the current period
• Auto-renewal cancellation is available at any time
• Access is retained until the end of the paid period

Balance Withdrawal to Card

When withdrawing funds from the platform balance to a bank card, a FreedomPay payment system commission of 1.9% (minimum 300 tenge) is charged. This commission is paid by the user and is not income of the Online Ustaz platform.

Payment Security

The Online Ustaz platform does not store bank card data. All payment data is transmitted directly to the secure FreedomPay system via the TLS protocol. The payment service complies with the PCI DSS security standard.
